I’m very keen on playing badminton or try tennis. But the timing I have clashes with the ones my friends have. Like this coming Tuesday, after teaching the BB Boys a lesson, I intend to finally make use of a much deserved off to enjoy myself, because I realised all my offs are used on BB, so I intend to take a step back and use this off, or at least half of it, for myself. BUT IT CLASHES WITH WHATEVER MY FRIENDS HAVE ON THAT DAY!

It’s ok, I will just sit down at Starbucks and do some readings, I’m sure that will do just fine as well.

It was good but I must say it gets tiring after awhile..

Back to the post, I told myself time and again that I will never go back to Thailand for a holiday. It’s not that the place isn’t good, but I don’t wish to go back to a country too many times! I’ve been to Phuket and Bangkok twice each in my life and going there again wasn’t an option till now. Maybe next year, I will.

I like the idea of Songkran, the Thai new year. The whole idea of splashing or “super soaking” random people on the streets seem like a lot fun. And the best thing is, nobody will be angry with you. The thing about Songkran is that, there’s no boundaries, the whole (almost) country is your battleground, you could even do a real life counter-strike in the hotel you stay in. It just seems like fun!

The festival for this year is over, next year, maybe next year =)

The recent missing post makes me want to change my blog service provide. I think I might move over to livejournal. WORDPRESS doesn’t live up to the standards anymore!

And there are plans to do stuffs this coming July, some army friends and I have bought the tickets to watch Manchester United in action at Malaysia (WOOO!!!) and we are on our way to confirming some more details. Like how we want to take a train all the way down and walk around KL, watch the match, and take a train back to Singapore, WITHOUT having to book any room to stay over, just do our sleeping on the train ride! haha!

Of course the big question is, ‘where will I be come July?’. I don’t know, I’ve got a place in Melbourne Uni already, SIM has confirmed I’m offered a place at RMIT over the phone; I’m denied entry to NUS and NTU and I’m still waiting for SMU’s reply which takes forever.

But I feel very uncertain about it. When I look at the guest list time and again, people who have confirm with me and people who said they will consider and people who said they will try their best, it really gives me this uncertain feeling. I mean really, I haven’t got a positive reaction from anyone, I felt that I’m the only one excited about it. And I know I have a target of 20 people, yet this target feels ambitious. But with all these uncertainty, I was so willing to spend so much money and effort on it, which I already have. Buffet catering, working with Jen Wen to get the place, disseminating contact persons.

I’m feeling tired but I really want to see these people, whom I’ve invited, come and that drives me on, in hope that I have a good turn out on that day. But the fear of being pang seh-ed just lingers.

But I will just give thanks for every person who comes.
